What is the best SQL and/or PHP IDE?
One of my subject requires us to use SQL and PHP in developing a web application. Any recommendations on an IDE to use? Any ideas please?

what i believe the apex sql edit is the best ide for using sql and php in web application development.
the apex sql has vast libraries that help even the beginners an most important anyone can become familiar with ide very soon.
