Selling on Webmasters Marketplace
The Webmasters Marketplace is for the selling or advertising of any webmaster related items or services only, including website's, domains, content etc. Any item or service listed that is not considered of interest to webmasters will be removed. Additionally, any listing that contains, or links to, or provides a web address for, any website or web page containing explicit, offensive, copyright, illegal, untruthful or otherwise undesirable content will be removed. Adult website's or content is not allowed for sale.
By listing an item or service for sale, the seller is confirming they legally own, or have the legal right to sell, the item or service. All listings must include a full, accurate and truthful description of the item or service being offered. Listings must be placed in the most appropriate category, any listings found to be in the wrong category may be moved to a more appropriate category at our discretion. Sellers have the right to cancel any bid on an item without giving reason or notice to the bidder.
Buying on Webmasters Marketplace
Buyers must only bid on items if they have the full intention of buying and paying for the item at the price they have bid. Buyers may cancel their bid by contacting the seller via private message and asking them to reject their bid, all bid cancellation requests to a seller must be accompanied by a valid reason for the bid cancellation.
Marketplace Listing Comments
Each listing in the marketplace has the facility for buyers and sellers to post and answers questions regarding the listing. Comments by users in marketplace listings must be strictly related to the item or service being sold, and must not be used for attacks or negative criticism against either the seller or their wares. Any comments breaking this rule may either be deleted by moderators or the seller themselves.
Use of the Forums
We provide forums for webmasters to use to discuss all webmaster related topics. Whilst we run our forums in a relaxed fashion, we will take action against any user posting explicit, offensive, copyright, illegal, untruthful or otherwise undesirable content in the forums. Forum users must not post any threads or posts that attempt to sell any item or service, all selling of such items or services must be done in the marketplace itself. Any user found breaking these rules will be subject to either a temporary or permanent ban depending on the nature of the content posted. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently.
General
All transactions between buyers and sellers are entirely at the buyers and sellers discretion and own risk, buyers and sellers must carry out their own checks to ensure the other party and what they are selling or offering are genuine, buyers and sellers are entirely responsible for their own protection against any fraudulent transactions that may occur through their use of this site.
The content of a marketplace listing, marketplace comment, or forum post or thread is the sole responsibility of the respective user responsible for posting the content, including compliance with any applicable laws, Webmasters Marketplace is not liable for any violations of any law, or of rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights, trade marks, and copyright resulting from the posting of such content. Any content posted by you that we consider to be spam will be removed, if you continue to post such content you will be permanently banned.
Webmasters Marketplace does not oversee, or get involved in, any transactions that occur through a users use of the site (including the payments of monies) and cannot be held responsible for, and cannot help in any mediation or arbitration of any transaction that has problems, it is the buyers or sellers sole responsibility to fully conduct and complete a transaction in which they are a party. Whilst we supply a feedback system for buyers and sellers to give feedback for others with whom they have carried out a transaction, this feedback cannot, and should not be viewed as a guarantee of a users honesty or integrity.
The purchase of marketplace credits (Credits) for use in the marketplace is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to edit or delete any content posted anywhere on the site, including forum posts or marketplace listings, without giving notice or reason to the user responsible for the posting of such content. In the event we delete a marketplace listing due to an infringement of any of our rules there will be no refund payable to the user for any monies paid for the listing in question. Furthermore we also reserve the right, at our discretion, to ban either temporarily or permanently any user without notice or reason.
You expressly understand and agree that Webmasters Marketplace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or any other tangible or intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use this website.
Webmasters Marketplace makes no warranty or guarantee that the website will (i) meet your requirements or expectations, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free or free from virus or malicious or harmful content (ii) continue to be available for use either temporarily or permanently. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Webmasters Marketplace harmless from any claims or expenses whatsoever arising from, or related to, any breach by you of any element of these terms.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use and rules at anytime by posting such changes on this page of the Webmasters Marketplace website. By continuing to use the site after such changes have been posted, you fully accept the changes and the new terms of use in full.
